Eric Roman | Practice Management Software
I advise everyone when they're looking for a great practice management solution, to consider how integral this one piece is to every single thing that you do inside of your practice. You will not operate one day of your career without this practice management solution. And so, what you need, is you need a partner that's going to be there for you on the good days and on the days when the crap hits the fan, because you and I both know they're coming, right.
And one of the things that has just blown my mind inside of our industry, is how many of our practice management solutions have moved away from having accessible support. So many people put you into email trees or into complex phone layers. You want somebody that's ready to answer the phone when you have a problem. You need somebody that can get you not just an answered phone call, but move you quickly to solution.
And you know what? That should be a part of what you do, not an add-on feature that you pay extra for, and that you're that you're challenged to do. Well, will I really need this? The answer is yes. You will need support. You will need it many times over your career, and on the day when you need it - it's worth its weight in gold.
You want a partner that has shown they know how to move their customers from problem to solution really quickly. You need someone that's been doing this for a long time as well. And you need a practice management software where support is a front and it's not an afterthought for their entire operation.
