Curve Provides the Data We Need to Manage Multiple Locations
So we can easily put patients from one location to another. They can pay bills by entering any location, and they can make appointments for their children at any location. There's a lot of flexibility, and it allows us to keep a lot of patients within Dental Choice. We measure our back door, which means how many patients leave. And so we see exactly how many are leaving, but going to another Dental Choice location. This is important data as we grow the company. You can see where all of our new patients are coming from and where our patients move to over time.
Curve has really been a great platform from an I.T. and cloud-based point of view. It has significantly decreased our IT complexity, especially compared to our previous software. The ongoing maintenance from an I.T. point of view is less in terms of tickets, less in terms of time, less in terms of dollar cost per month.
