Curve Makes Operations Easier
Easy for patients to learn to use. And even if they forget, we usually can have an iPad ready for them to come in and sign their patient forms or consent forms that same day. So you can find a way for anything that Curve is implemented to make it work for your practice to help your operations.
Other features are software that they have integrated, like text-to-pay for some of their merchant service providers that they work with that they build bridges for. Those are amazing features. I can't say enough positive things about the imaging service.
And then also the continual updates that they provide. They take all of our feedback, which is very different from any other software company that we worked with. And they actually listen to our critiques and they build these updates and send them out to us in lightning speed. I'm amazed at how quickly we receive some of these updates that we've asked for.
Talking about what Curve Dental does for us and has done for our practices, really I could go on and on. But really I have to touch on some of the features and the biggest feature again, the night and day difference is having a reliable cloud-based platform.
Especially as an office manager and someone who is driving the day to day operations of the practice, when you have an emergency or staffing change and it's the weekend, or you're at home with your family and you need immediate information, what does your schedule look like the next day? What changes do I need to make? You have that information already at your fingertips. You don't have to rely on a faulty, you know, log log in of some sort for your server based platform to try to get into your information another way, or a screenshot of your schedule that you've taken with your phone that is not HIPPA compliant, or trying to just remember what was there to make changes.

Measurement Tools For Curve Image
We all know that radiographs and other images are a critical tool in diagnosis and treatment planning. While you can always look inside the patients mouth, without radiographs you really can't get underneath the surface to truly understand what's going on.

How to Add An Area Of Interest To A Dental Image
In our continued journey to expand Curve Image functionality, we now offer the ability to add an Area of Interest annotation to any x-ray, intraoral image, pan, or any other dental image. Area of Interest annotations are highlighted sections of an image. All of the Areas of Interest annotations placed on an image can also have attached clinical notes. This means that information relative to the area is directly available from the Area of Interest. Area of Interests annotations are also available to images displayed in mounts.
