Dentists particularly like it because they have access to all of our files at any time and any place, whether it's an emergency where they need to have an immediate view of something, or if they want to treatment plan from a remote location, or if they want to preplan their upcoming day, or if they want to review the day that have transpired, they have great access to our files.

There's no need to upload or email data. It's available in an encrypted and password protected manner, and that's worked very well for us. It has an efficient correspondence system where we can communicate to each patient easily, even though we have over 100,000 patients of record. And this allows us to communicate on a one on one basis. It also allows us to communicate to the entire database as we need to.

So a multi-site practice with Curve works very well, both from a head office point of view and from a local office point of view. Those two perspectives are quite different because of course, the head office is heavily involved in the accounting aspect. The visibility and reporting to the accounting team is significant. Having all of our financial data on one database is very convenient, and having it all in the same format is excellent for our accounting team. 

We can also access the program from anywhere, and whether it's a work from home environment or with a multi-location management system where we have different managers in different cities, this gives us great access from multiple locations of all of the data that they need. 

Then on an office level, we can book any patient to any office at any time. So whether we're referring internally to another GP or there's code treatment on a treatment plan or we're referring to a specialist or a patient is moving and wants to continue with Dental Choice, but at a different Dental Choice location. All of these services are continued very smoothly by having a software that's available, representing all of our locations.
