Curve Features We Love
One main feature that I love the most is the files and letters. I love that you can store everything in one area. I love the fact that everything is composed in one specific area where you can label each document type. You can go in, you can click on it. It's right there and it's all broken down into groups to your personalized category for your practice.
I love the fact that we can access our patients' demographics just by one click. We can look at the notification by one click. Correspondence is a great attribute. Looking at correspondence really gives us the option to be able to see where a patient confirmed their appointment, where they pay their bill if they pay to own one, where the last statement was sent, where the email went to. I mean, it's just wonderful to be able to look back and see those things. Because it only takes one misspelling of an email address for it to go to the wrong email. And you don't want those things to happen. So if it is, if it does happen and you catch it ahead of time, you can see those things and it's wonderful.
We do love the fact that you can personalize your forms. We have several forms on our pediatric side that we use on a daily basis. For our little patients, needing, you know, nitrous oxide or if it's for papoose board or whatever it may be. We love the fact that we can personalize each and every form to our needs, our specific needs, whether it's for general dentistry, oral surgery or pediatric dentistry.

Customization and Messaging on New Statements
When we went live with our new statement design, the feedback was very positive, and there were some great suggestions for improvement too. Similar to relatives cornering you and revealing the latest medical issues they have in graphic detail, we may have provided too much information in some cases! Well, we've listened to your suggestions, and we are pleased to announce a series of updates to our new statements. The list includes user customization of many features on our statement printout — helping your patients to better understand their statement.
