I love nothing more than looking through pages and pages of reports, sorted by all types of variables, collated and compiled together into an alphanumeric nightmare. Did I say love? Typo! I meant loathe. If only there was a way that I could see my important decision-driving data presented to me in some kind of dental dashboard. There has to be a better way!
Curve Dental has been working long and hard to bring you our brand-spanking new feature, Playbook, which contains tools that are designed to help your practice succeed.
With Playbook Dashboards, you get the KPI Dental Dashboard, which displays six key performance indicators (AR, Collections, Production, New Patients, Recare, Treatment Plan Value) that help summarize your practice’s overall performance and the Practice Review Dashboard, which is focused on your recent history!
But wait! There’s more!
You also get our new Who's On Deck Dashboard, which contains a summary view of the day’s patients. Upcoming birthdays, patient and insurance AR, recare, new patients, and whether or not they have other household members visiting is available as well. This will allow you to make the operational decisions to ensure that each patient has recare set up and that you’ve collected their payments, before they leave the office.
I almost forgot to mention the best part: These three dashboards are included in your base subscription!
How do I access this cornucopia of crucial conclusions, you may ask? Why, just swing over to the More Menu and you’ll find a new option to choose for Playbook Dashboards. Click to view a new section that gives you access to this new feature. Everyone will be able to see the Who’s On Deck Dashboard, however, access to the KPI and Practice Review Dashboard are controlled by the “Reporting” role.
