For example, we’re working hard to smooth out the claims process—especially after the big cyber-attack earlier this year—so we can ensure clean claims and fast reimbursements. This really takes the pressure off office managers. With automatic note closures based on specific rules, it’s easier to update and create notes, which means less stress at the end of the day. More efficient information flow and automated processes enhance team productivity, confidence, collaboration, and personalized attention to patients,” said Macon.
