Global Payments | Cassie Tallon
Listen to why dental practice efficiency expert, Cassie Tallon, says that Curve’s integrated payments solution, powered by Global Payments, has been a game changer for practices like yours.
One of the greatest pain points I see in a practice is where they have outstanding credit balances that are oftentimes associated with inaccuracies in posting a patient payment inside of the ledger. It's a maze of numbers, a maze of information, and then it's not a sign to the day. So it sits. There is a credit, and eventually they end up giving away more treatment because it never got assigned to the visit.
What I love about Curve and the integration with Global Payments is when that payment is taken from the patient, it's immediately placed on the invoice for the date of service. No other system does that. And for me, that's been an identifier of let's get rid of those rates of error. Let's get rid of those pain points. Because when I can see that payment posted and allocated to the date of service, right then in there, I don't have to worry about somebody going back in at the end of the day and checking those balances, because immediately it's being posted from Global Payments onto the invoice for the day.
